She is a true professional, providing the best care for our fur babies and our home. Olga always goes above and beyond and regularly sends us pictures and texts to let us know how our pets are doing.
There have been times when issues with our home came up. Olga let us know immediately, and made unscheduled visits to help accommodate repair personnel. There have also been instances when we were unavoidably delayed in returning home as scheduled, and Olga is always willing to make extra visits to insure our pets are taken care of.
Our pets are everything to us, and although we miss them very much when we are away, we know they are receiving the best care. I am always comfortable in leaving my pup, Gipper, in Olga's care. Gipper can be aggressive around other dogs, and I used to worry when I boarded him at the vet. I worried that he would be anxious around the other dogs, and that made me anxious. Now I am more relaxed when traveling knowing that Gipper is relaxed in our home, in familiar surroundings, and being looked after by Olga. I like that Olga will snap a few pictures & send them to me so that I can see that Gipper is doing well. Olga also feeds the tropical fish and brings in the mail, Olga is tops in my book. 5 stars!

To be able to leave town, the State, or even the country and not have to think twice about the care your fur (or feathered or gilled) baby will receive is an unbelievable blessing.
